Trish Stewart
Trish held a School Principal role for over 15 years. Her involvement in instructional leadership, her passion for professional learning and the development of her team led her to coaching as a way of building the capacity of all staff members.
Trish is a GCI accredited coach and an experienced facilitator and presenter. She works with principals, leadership teams, and teachers to support and affirm personal growth. Trish understand that there is great pressure on principals and school leaders to provide the best learning environment for all members of the school community. Through coaching she works confidentially, building trust, listening, questioning and maximising emotional intelligence to ensure priority is given to the client’s needs.
Trish holds a Master of Education and a Graduate Diploma in Educational Studies from RMIT; a Bachelor of Education from La Trobe University; a Specialist Certificate in Literacy Leadership and a Post Graduate Certificate in Literacy Leadership from Melbourne University.
