Maria Tsavaris is an experienced facilitator, coach and educational leader who is passionate about empowering people and enhancing conversations. With over 20 years of experience in education, recruitment and the welfare industry, Maria has a wealth of knowledge and skill to support clients achieve their goals and aspirations.
Maria has successfully held leadership roles as an Instructional Leader and Deputy Principal in school context and has worked as an Educational Consultant designing and delivering leadership and pedagogical programs to all educational sectors across Australia.
She believes that coaching is a powerful tool for personal and professional development and that every conversation is an opportunity to learn and grow. Maria brings an engaging, intuitive and supportive approach to coaching and facilitation, with a style that is encouraging and respectfully challenging.
