Jeremy Ludowyke

Jeremy is a very experienced educator, school leader and professional coach and consultant. Over the past 45 years, he has worked in an unusually diverse range of schools ranging in scale from 300 to 1,800 students. With 32 years as a secondary school principal, he is one of Victoria’s most experienced school leaders.

As a systems leader, he has served on a range of national, state and regional advisory groups and as an Executive leader in three school networks. He has presented conference papers and workshops on leading educational change at international, national, state and regional conferences.

As an accredited independent school reviewer, Jeremy has assisted primary and secondary school communities across the state to reflect on their achievement and plan future improvement.

As an educational consultant he has worked at every scale from whole communities, school teams, individual teachers, parents and students seeking to improve school and professional culture and improve the educational and social outcomes for every student.

As an accredited GCI coach, Jeremy has supported educators ranging from pre-service teaching candidates, emerging and middle leaders and aspirant and experienced school leaders seeking to improve their professional practice.

This breadth and depth of experience informs Jeremy’s respect and understanding of the importance of the unique context of each school and each educator, and his empathetic and insightful approach to coaching and professional support.
