Claudia has twenty five years of experience working with individuals, teams and organisations in developmental, strategic, educational and training capacities. As a Coaching & Positive Psychology Coach and Facilitator, she designs, delivers and develops strategies and frameworks for organisations and teams. Her work and expertise in Performance Coaching led her to sit on the board of The International Coaching Federation Australasia (ICFA). She has a work history spanning Education (Early Childhood – Universities), Corporate settings, Finance, Health, Government, Not for Profit, Sport and The Arts.

Claudia has extensive experience in developmental assessments and is accredited in Hogan Assessment Systems, GENOS Emotional Intelligence Assessment and is a Master Trainer in MTQ48 (Mental Toughness). She is passionate about developing potential through strengths and positive mindsets, particularly in Educational domains. As a former School Counsellor, Claudia has an in depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within education and has worked with leaders, teachers, students and parents, focusing specifically on how to create flourishing learning environments through an integrated approach using both Coaching and Positive Psychology.
