Team Coaching

Team Coaching is a collaborative approach that enables a team to: 

• Clarify a shared goal; 
• Plan actions, 
• Determine next steps and responsibility for action; 
• Notice and share signs of change; and 
• Be mutually accountable to ensure progress and success.

Short-term Engagement

Working with a GCI coach over 2-3 sessions, we can support teams to:

• Think through a specific project or initiative and determine next steps
• Work on a common goal, e.g., embedding culture, implementation of a strategic plan.
• Capture and document a team’s plans and track and report on progress over time
• Check in on progress and set next steps

Longer Term Engagement

We also offer a longer-term team coaching methodology designed to create accountability for managing and sustaining change over time.

Using a focused and effective process called the Solution-Focused Strategy Canvas, these sessions provide a frame for strategic contextual implementation, team thinking, collaboration and tracking progress. It can be used at different stages of the implementation journey to gain traction, build momentum and sustain success.

An experienced GCI consultant will work with your leadership team over 50 to 100 days with progress check-ins to ensure implementation of key priorities.
