In consideration of Growth Coaching International Pty Limited ABN 99 869 006 248 (“GCI”) providing me with training in relation to any matters described in any written materials of GCI used, or provided to me, in the course of the provision of training by GCI and/or GCI disclosing the contents of those materials to me, I acknowledge that the intellectual property, including the copyright, in all such materials, is held by GCI and will only be used by me for my learning and reflection and may not be shared, reproduced or used for any other purpose by me nor will I provide such materials to, or authorise the use of such materials by, another person without the written permission of GCI.
